How to install:-
First, set the wallpaper as a desktop. Then you install Rainmeter and run it. Then Install the Rib on the Rainmeter skin. Open Rainmeter and Follow the steps in the Video below. Not uncheck Dragable so it can not move. and also set it to on the desktop.
